A Georgia man is accused of murdering his ex-girlfriend and setting her body afire in a car, according to Gwinnett County police. According to the Gwinnett County Police Department, their investigation got underway on Thursday after-noon when officers went to the Club Lakes Parkway house of Rubi Maldonado Nava in Lawrenceville to check on her welfare.

Police claim that while interviewing him, they discovered  that he had “serious burns on his face and hands.”During questioning, Sagahon allegedly admitted to being at Nava’s residence when they got into a fight with their child in the room, which led to him choking her until she passed out.
