James Westly Welch (1959-64)

Welch’s fourth and last marriage was with Richard Palmar. Palmar was the proprietor of Mulberry Road Pizza joint presenting New York-style pizza at four Southern California restaurants. Welch was hitched to Palmer from 1999 to 2003.
